The enforcement team was a good thought but the system in place is flawed and these are my ideas that may not fix it but it will improve it in my opinion. First I suggest to add more inspection pre-punishment because despite it being said it is inspected I have gotten bans from friends pranking me. Secondly I suggest that there might be a little more lenient rules in the Code of Conduct if the enforcement team does investigate it as there have been times I personally have been banned for nothing harmful to other people or Microsoft as a whole. I really enjoy xbox live and I want nothing but to help it while allowing it to be a space that everyone can enjoy free of harassment and hate but in the current state enforcement is allowing hateful people to abuse the system to attack the decent people
• Wrong site to post and ask for help about your banned account dude. This is for making XBL and Xbox consoles even better, not for whining about Enforcement actions and banned account so no one can help you here sorry. Refer to the forum rules below.
