Xbox Live Account Enforcement Team
I myself am a long time Xbox owner as many here are. I recently received a 24 hour suspension with only very broad language used to describe why. There is currently no way for an xbox live customer to contact anyone who can provide more information if the suspension is 24 hours or less in length. My suggestion is to include a date/time of the alleged violation and was the violation over chat/typed message/screen shot. Finally, there needs to be some way to contact someone on "The Enforcement Team". There simply has to be more information provided if you are going to suspend an account.

I forgot to mention, I have never had a suspension of any kind on any platform. I suppose that's another reason I was so surprised to find out that they are suspending accounts with no ability for a customer like myself to find out specifically why.
