I've had too many of these break. Lb/rb buttons snapping off, the dpad just not responding, buttons getting stuck in or sticks moving by themselves. All these problems plus the fact they require batteries to be bought separately make it a rip off.

These controllers don't last long and should not cost $60. I've had to replace controllers at least once a year because the sticks or buttons stop working. For people who use the controllers on a regular basis they do not last and over priced.

Even higher than the price of a new game. It's crazy really.

Third party controllers are cheaper. Use that option.

Or make them better quality, I look after all my stuff and the originals are not much chop in many ways, right on the d pad is hit and miss on 2 controllers, sticks just fell apart on both, and the newer controller of the 2 squeaks on the triggers... just got new white one-hopes it's much better

I purchased a customized controller for my son and I'm extremely displeased with the poor "engraving" quality. The controller was not engraved, carved; just a mere thin layer on the outer surface of the controller that wipes right off. He only opened it yesterday and the name has already began to fade. I contacted XBOX who was not at all helpful in resolving this. I have to send the controller back and wait another 2 weeks to receive a replacement. Disheartening!

Lower the price or increase the quality of the inner mechanics, or people will get wise, do not treat loyalists like fools, that has historically 'never' ended well. You all have college degrees at Microsoft, you've read books, you know what I'm talking about.

MS sells their consoles at a loss. Games and peripherals are where they make their money back.

Lower prices, fix controller issues and extend the warranty. Quit being crooks Xbox. Or justice will find you!

Well were we start ? Prices lowered for sure. However, the warranties for wireless should be at least one year, wired a year and the very expensive elite controller, ( lifetime ).... You spend a lot of cash on these accessories and after 90 days it's like " oh well I'm sorry Sir or madam, you will have to purchase a new on. Really ! Not everyone has 70 to throw around every 90 days. Not to mention the elite model . Have some class Microsoft/ Xbox . Shouldn't have to replace these cheaply made controllers so often. Espcially the elite. People please consider what I have spoken and refuse to buy anymore accessories and maybe contact better business bureau. Please Xbox this should not be.

At least make the controllers work or back them up with another warrenty. If i buy a 4th controller and it breaks on us again im switching to playstation. I might as well buy a playstation with all these funds thrown away on crappy controllers.

I realize it is not always possible to lower prices but since there does appear to be a lot of different issues with the controllers but if at all possible lowering the price a little may be able to take some of the sting a user feels when one fails.
