Get A Banned Account Back (Enforcement Team Manners)

Permanently suspended and can't get your account back? Well I think you should be able to receive one warning for small actions like being a part of a modded lobby. If you're permanently suspended be able to buy your account back for a reasonable price.

I also think that the enforcement team should fit in with the customer support and actually learn how too type message responses instead of copying and pasting a reply.

I was the 1 thousand that voted!!!!!! Mission accomplish! Now let's wait and see....lol

@BeastXboy18 LOL MS does not console band for no reason, to bad they won't give you any reason now. It states clearly on the rules look below.

    ---------------
We thoroughly investigate any complaints or Grief Reports before we make the decision to ban or suspend a user. This means that our decision to ban or suspend a user is final. The only exception is when the ban or suspension has been imposed because of account debt and the user has repaid the debt.

Customer Support can tell you the general reason for the ban or suspension, as shown in the email we sent you, but will not enter into any further discussion. If you would like further information on the reason for your ban please refer to the email that was sent to the Sign-in ID Email Address and check the SEN Terms of Service for further general information.

Once a PlayStation system has been banned the decision is final and cannot be reversed. This is because we only ban PlayStation systems and accounts for the most severe behaviour and it is impossible to verify that another user attempting to access PlayStation Network through the system is not the user that has been banned.

PlayStation and Sony Entertainment Network recommend only purchasing new PlayStation products from reputable retailers to make sure you do not purchase a banned system. If you have purchased a banned PlayStation system, please contact the retailer for help.

Finally after 3 years of waiting/fighting/debating/whining etc this ridiculous tread is finally reaching the 1K mark!

Will MS finally take notice and change policy over night for ToS and CoC violators to be given one more chance....maybe or maybe a new set of record votes is still needed.

Keep em coming guys!!!!!!!! So proud of our achievement unlock lol

I think it’s not ok for Xbox to ban people when they have spent over 1,000 dollars on there Xbox console and games and have it over a few years and say one of your friends ban you on Xbox for life I’ve got my Xbox banned from my friend and it ticks me off to see a *** team for Xbox just banning innocent people. 1 thing that’s why there’s called a block button.

  • OrdinalTripod commented  ·   ·  Flag as inappropriate

How about a permanent communications suspension? Because i got one for helping someone play overwatch and then they report me.

  • Frosted Flurry commented  ·   ·  Flag as inappropriate

Currently, I've gotten two enforcement warnings, one of which was completely my fault and another was because of another guy, I have realized my mistakes and I'm afraid someone will report me for something stupid again in the future and my account will be banned. I personally would be devasted if I were to lose my account.

There are better solutions to dealing with this:
    - one of which can be you must be friends with the person to message them. This would
prevent people in the heat of the moment from lashing out.
    - Permanently disable messages only, no need for permanent account deletion. Why should
I as a loyal customer be banned for someone thinking it cheating?
    - A better section where players can talk to support about the situation

VOTED! I totally agree!!! It's unjust and unfair and there needs to be at least someone to talk to, to fix the problem that you've been accused rather the executed in a sense.

Add me if you guys ever wanna play.

Totally agree - Microsoft has a flawed process for banning accounts. It's definitely going to be PS4 if my account isn't back on by tomorrow.

This is a pathetic process that even Microsoft can't manage. My two cents

all account bans deserve a appeal option, especially if the ban occurred more then 3 years ago, most probably wont deny wrong doing. And lets be honest half of the people banned permanently were slapped with an over reacted disciplinary action. there are soft mods and hard mods, hardware modding for online gaming IE. GOD MODE on COD is definitely wrong and deserves perm BAN. however software modding IE. Years of Service, GAMERSCORE, and your AVATAR doesn't deserve a perm ban, Sure you should ban them for a length of time to show them you wont tolerate it. and to deny them the opportunity for a case review is ridiculous! What i did was wrong, but i still deserve a second chance! or atleast be able to log in and download the games i paid for. please xbox enforcment allow everyone to submit a case review!
And you dont even allow the banned accounts to log into the USER.Voice website and voice there opinion! shame shame. its a page for voicing opinions that we banned folk cant voice in? why?

Is he banned? People are banned for less like curse words in messages! or threating with bodily harm thro messgaes! but this guy can talk about killing stupid people in an official xbox forum and get away with it!
your system for banning is broken! And that is why we all should be allowed to submit a case review, Regardless of the offense!

  • SuperSpartan312 commented  ·   ·  Flag as inappropriate

If anything, not everyone because there are people who got banned by hacking, cheating, modding, etc, as well as people who REALLY went way too far with their words and crossed the line. Those do deserve a ban IMO, but Microsoft is just way too strict nowadays for comn bans. You say "F*** you" in a message to someone who trolled you and boom, you're banned. You accidentally join a modded lobby figuring out it's modded after joining and you're f***ed. On the other hand, people rarely get banned by exploiting glitches and stuff to their advantage in games, or trolling others, and THAT'S what they should be focusing on if you ask me.

Also, using modding tools for small stuff like further account customization and harmless fun isn't bad either. The modding community can elaborate so much stuff but since Microsoft limits people to their tools they restrict a lot of chances for fun. A system filtering what type of mods are allowed and which ones aren't could be a good idea. Modding for fun without harming others isn't bad; a great example is Gamecheat13. Now online mods for cheating in online games are obviously bad and those all deserve an instant ban, for sure.

Now back to the point, overall Microsoft needs to sit on the table and seriously reconsider what is ban-worthy and what isn't, as they should've realized by now their current system does more harm than good as they can see here, because:
1: They really can't expect people to create a child friendly environment in a platform in where most mainstream games aren't precisely child friendly. To me they look like they want to create some kind of virtual utopia where everyone is happy and play content, but actually is more like a forced scenario where you get kicked out if you don't behave just like they want to, almost to dictatorship levels, but that just can't be possible. There will be salt, rage, trolling and swearing, and they need to acknowledge that.
2: Kids are also getting banned because as opposed to the little innocent creature they make us look like, pretty much almost every kid that plays online nowadays know how to insult and they usually rage a lot when things don't go their way. However, kids usually don't have the sense of responsibility and self-control adults do and they aren't just gonna stand there when they're getting trolled. Sure, you could blame the parents for not controlling their kids, but do parents really need to be on top of their children when they do something as simple as to play videogames too? Videogames were made for entertainment and fun first and foremost, but kids would definitely hate their parents controlling them even when they're playing, and that ruins all the fun for them.
My point: Microsoft can't expect everyone to behave excellent whether they're kids, teenagers or adults, and they're trying to control their players too much. There needs to be limits for sure, but the limits themselves are very controversial right now and re-making the system would greatly benefit the customers, and that would benefit Microsoft too. Customers need to be always the first priority of any company, as they're the source of their money after all. If customers aren't satisfied with the service they stop using it and that means less money for the company in question, this time being Microsoft.

That's all I have to say now, sorry for the long paragraph but I like to be detailed.
